·            KARATE-JUTSU (Self Defense) A complete Self Defense system of blocks, strikes, kicks, throw techniques, take-down and control methods, joint locking and self-defense concepts;all based on a solid format of scientific and ancient principles. Kumite for Sparring exercises and self defense.

 

·            KYUSHO Pressure point self defense.

 

·            KATA Forms; the traditional karate excercsie of techniques.

 

·            KOBUDO Ancient weapons arts of Okinawa is offered in Bo, Kama, Sai, Jo, Tonfa, Nunchaku and Eku..
